The Gruenspan has been rocking for over 50 years. The music club was founded in 1968 at the Große Freiheit in Sankt Pauli and has been an integral part of Hamburg's cultural scene ever since.
The Molotow is a music club founded in 1990 in Hamburg's St. Pauli district. It was located in the Esso buildings on Spielbudenplatz until December 2013 and was 23 steps below street level.
